Ode to bacon and the royal swine family

Ahh, bacon.

I think it should succeed from the 4th USDA food group (meat) and charter a 5th food group of pork-based products.

As a matter of fact, I wouldn't mind seeing the dollar bill replaced with proscuitto bills. Talk about being broke! At least your wallet would smell great.

With whole, americanized proscuittos now available online, online, perhaps we are becoming suave like the Spaniards and thier Jambon.
